Returns Policy

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, simply send your item back to MyJewelryWatch.com in the same condition it was delivered, and MyJewelryWatch.com would be happy to provide either a full refund of the purchase price or a store credit toward an exchange. Your item may only be returned as long as you have not worn, altered or sized it. All new items may be returned within 30 days of their delivery date. All items sold by MYJewelryWatch.com are 100% brand new from the factory.

 

Please note: Items returned for refund are not eligible for a return label. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

All returns are contingent upon an inspection by our Quality Control Department. The QC Department must confirm that the item is unworn, undamaged, unaltered and where applicable still has the original tags, plastics, box, manual and warranty card before a refund is processed. Items determined to have been worn, altered or damaged will be sent back and no refund will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return and refund to be processed.

 

2 SIMPLE STEPS

 

Step 1

 

Request your Return Authorization Number by contacting us at MyJewelryWatch.com or email myjewelrywatch@gmail.com.

 

Step 2

 

Return your unworn item, including all materials such as original paperwork and free gifts, via insured, traceable delivery within 30 days of the date it was delivered. The insurance amount must be equal to the price paid for the item.
Please note: Your item must be returned to MyJewelryWatch.com within 10 days of the date that your return authorization is assigned.

Important Tips

 

If the package is shipped domestically, please fully inspect the watch before sending the package abroad.

 

To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect the item as soon as it arrives. Make sure the item is in good condition and working properly before wearing it or removing any tags or factory tape.

 

- If the item is not in good condition or not working properly then it must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return.
- Once it is worn or sized, or the tags/factory tape has been removed, MyJewelryWatch.com will not accept the returned item.

 

In short, MyJewelryWatch.com cannot replace or refund an item when:

 

○ The item has been worn
○ The tags/factory tape has been removed
○ The product has been sized.

 

Canceling/Modifying an Order

 

If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please contact us immediately via email at MyJewelryWatch@gmail.com. Please include your customer order #, name and e-mail address used for the order and what the reason for cancel or the modification is. If an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.

Shipping Timelines

 

In most cases, watch orders placed after 11:00am EST will ship the following business day. This includes orders placed with Fed Ex 2-day Shipping or Fed Ex Overnight Shipping.  In stock Jewelry orders will be shipped the next business day via the U.S. Post Office. Orders placed on Friday will not ship until the following Monday.  

 

Shipment Tracking

 

We send customers a notification email containing tracking information when your order is shipped. You can also track orders by logging into your account. Click on ‘My Orders’ and a tracking number can be found under ‘View’.

 

Signature Required

 

All orders will require a signature before Federal Express or the USPS can release the package. Please make sure that an adult is available to sign for the package during the expected time of delivery.

 

Shipping Insurance

 

All orders are fully insured against damage, loss and theft. Shipping insurance is free.
